Interested in Scouting?

Boy Scout Troop 233 of Westbury has been providing a Scouting program for boys in the community for over 65 years. In the Boy Scouts the focus is more about bringing out the leadership skills in the boys. The role of the adult leader is support and advisory.  The Scout Leaders develop and execute the approved agenda/trips. “Patrols” are made up of scouts of all ages with the higher rank Scouts trained to supervise and mentor younger Scouts. In turn the younger Scout observe and learn from their experiences. The advancement of a Scout in rank is all part of the road they will follow till they get to their ultimate goal - Eagle Scout.
